About

I’m Antony Cain, a college teacher, freelance Flash developer, STEMNet Ambassador and terrible golfer from North West England.

I’m currently a teacher of Computer Games Development at Lancaster & Morecambe College. I’ve always had a passion for making random bits and pieces, starting with IRC scripts and Unreal Tournament maps back in my teenage years. This led me to a degree in Computer Games Programming at Huddersfield University. I graduated in 2006 and stayed an extra year as a post-graduate in Internet Application Development – a discipline I’ve (sadly) neglected in recent years!

Unfortunately, most of my creations are lost in the murky depths of the internet, so I’m making a concerted effort to track anything and everything I make from here on in. As a side-effect of my job – and through being a genuinely helpful guy, obviously – I expect most of the content on here will be tutorial based. More specifically, it’ll be whatever my class happen to be learning about at the time; expect plenty of Flash and Cinema 4D in future.

Feel free to comment on anything – suggest tutorial topics if you like and I’ll do my best to help.
